2. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Sawtooth & Soul offers apparel and other merchandise, including products created using print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners.
Many of our products are made specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as pre-printed inventory.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, designs, descriptions, and other product information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device display, garment material, manufacturing process, and printing process.
Product availability, colors, sizes, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms and our applicable policies.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or fulfillment limitations.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other selections.
Because many Sawtooth & Soul products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and payment information when placing an order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be added where required.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guarantees.
Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. If you experience a problem with a shipment, contact us at support@sawtoothandsoul.com and include your order number.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Because many Sawtooth & Soul products are made to order, returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind generally are not accepted.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.
Purchases made from Sawtooth & Soul are transactions with Sawtooth & Soul rather than purchases from Shopify.
